My Story
How It All Started
My earliest travel memories are tied to family: trips with my parents and my young children. Those trips opened my eyes to how much joy, connection, and possibility can live inside a few days away.
Then life got full. Between serving in the Air Force, going to school, raising my sons, navigating divorce, balancing shared custody, and handling real responsibilities, travel often had to wait its turn.
When I retired from the Air Force, I realized there was still so much of the world I wanted to see. I started traveling more independently, then solo, and every trip gave me a little more confidence to keep saying yes.
On a Carnival cruise, I met Kevin. Later, we got engaged in Barcelona, and now we are seeing the world together one destination, cruise, wildlife encounter, and unforgettable memory at a time.
